Service Operator
Make Field Operations Work – With You at the Center
As a Service Operator at Tacrom, you will be part of a hands-on team that ensures our equipment and services run smoothly at well sites across Germany and Europe. From setup to fluid pumping, your role is essential to safe, efficient, and successful field operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Transporting service equipment to and from job sites
- Setting up, operating, and dismantling service equipment at the well site
- Mixing and pumping well treatment fluids
- Preparing and maintaining equipment at our Fieldcamp Wesendorf (Gifhorn district)
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of deployed equipment
- Performing minor repairs independently as needed
What You Bring
Must-Have
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical field
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Confident use of MS Office tools
- Willingness for short-term assignments abroad
- Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Ideally
- Class C/CE driver’s license (advantageous)
- Ideally: experience in the oil & gas industry
